4 pork chops, cut 3/4 to 1 inch thick

2 tablespoons Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Barbecue Seasoning�

2 teaspoons white vinegar

Mix together the Barbecue Magic and vinegar to form a paste. Brush the pork chops evenly on both sides with the seasoning paste. Cook pork chops on a grill until done and a crust has formed, about 20 to 40 minutes depending on your grill.
