Breakfast Tortilla Roll

1 serving

1 10" flour tortilla
2 eggs
1 teaspoon Chef Paul Prudhomme's Fajita MagicŪ
2 tablespoons prepared salsa or pico de gallo
how to prepare

Beat the eggs and the Fajita Magic together lightly. Scramble the egg mixture using your favorite method. Warm the flour tortilla in the microwave or in a skillet just until soft and warm. Place the scrambled eggs along the center of the tortilla. Top with the salsa. Roll up and serve.

Note: You can add a little more or less Fajita Magic to suit your taste.
