1 Granny Smith apple peeled and cut into cubes
24 seedless grapes (red or white, do not peel)
1 banana, sliced
1 cup frozen concentrated apple juice
1 8-ounce fat-free cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon honey*
About 4-5 cups ice
how to prepare
Process all the ingredients except the ice in a blender until smooth. Add ice to the fill line of the blender. Process just until the ice is broken up and the mixture is slushy. You may have to stop the blender and push the ice down a couple of times. Serve immediately.
*For a sweeter taste, add more honey.
