Makes 1½ cups
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoons Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Vegetable Magic®
how to prepare
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend at low speed until the dressing is well mixed, about 30 seconds. Refrigerate until ready to use.
