Breakfast Tortilla Roll
1 teaspoon Chef Paul Prudhomme's Fajita Magic®
2 tablespoons prepared salsa or pico de gallo
how to prepare
Beat the eggs and the Fajita Magic® together lightly. Scramble the egg mixture using your favorite method. Warm the flour tortilla in the microwave or in a skillet just until soft and warm. Place the scrambled eggs along the center of the tortilla. Top with the salsa. Roll up and serve.
Note: You can add a little more or less Fajita Magic® to suit your taste.
