Aburi Chicken Burgers
1 pound ground chicken
4 teaspoons water
1 1/2 tablespoons Chef Paul Prudhomme's Poultry Magic®
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Note: This recipe also works well on grills equipped with mesh nets.
Combine the ground chicken, water and 2 teaspoons of the Poultry Magic and fold in gently. Shape the mixture into 4 patties, about 4 ounces each. Season the patties evenly on both sides with the remaining Poultry Magic.
Lightly oil the grill. Grill the patties, turning several times, until the patties are nicely browned on both sides and cooked through. (At least 160°F in the center. Use a meat thermometer to be sure they are fully cooked.)
Serve immediately with all your favorite hamburger fixings.
Note: If you prefer a less seasoned dish, simply cut back of the amount of Poultry Magic that you use.
