Grilled Vegetable TartarMakes 3 cupsingredients
1 cup grilled zucchini, finely chopped
3/4 cup grilled eggplant, finely chopped
1/2 cup grilled red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup grilled yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
4 teaspoons grilled garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup grilled onions, finely chopped
1-1/2 tablespoons Chef Paul Prudhomme's Vegetable Magic®
1 tablespoon Chef Paul Prudhomme's Meat Magic®
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
5 tablespoons cane syrup
how to prepare
