Barbecue Magic Dip
Makes 1 cup
2½ teaspoons Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Magic Barbecue Seasoning®
1 cup sour cream
how to prepare
Combine the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Note: The flavor of this dip gets better as it sits in the refrigerator. So make it ahead, up to one day, if possible.
