Shiitake Mushroom Relish - No Salt & No Sugar™Makes 3 cupsingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
7 ounces fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced
2 ounces julienne carrots
2 ounces julienne celery
4 ounces sliced onion
1/2 cup rice vinegar
3 packet Stevia sweetner
2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro (coriander leaf)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
how to prepare
