    this stuff is the bomb! my sausage gravy and biscuits sure bring the boys to the school yard after discovering this. anything pork wants a bit of this and it will never be the same. i have trouble finding it in stores which keeps me coming back to this website, where i find all sorts of other things to buy. me thinks Paul is a smart man. i buy the large cannister, no doubt it's the bargain and you'll use it all.

    I use this on Veal Cordon Bleu, fantastic! and simply put this on a veal rib chop and cook it on the BBQ medium rare and you it'll become a favorite of anyone, even those who claim to not like veal, I've proved this over and over.

    I love all the spices, but Pork and Veal Magic is my absolute favorite. It creates a taste that is unsurpassed. I cover a Pork Roast with onions after entirely covering it with this spice and there is never any leftovers! Grilled Chops are amazing! I even use it in meatloaf since my recipe calls for 1-lb. Beef, 1/2 lb. Pork and 1/2 lb. Veal. It has become everyones favorite. Lately, its been hard to find, so I am thrilled to be able to get it online! THANKS!

    I used this almost everytime I grill pork. I especially love it when I'm rotisserizing ribs. The flavor is unbelieveable, there is nothing better on pork. Nothing!
