  • Andouille (ahn-doo-ee) is a seasoned and smoked sausage made from pork and potatoes.

  • It's perfect as a seasoning meat, served as a breakfast sausage, an appetizer or on a pizza.

  • In Louisiana, andouille is always used in red beans & rice, gumbo and jambalaya.

    The best Andouille out there. Great in gumbo, jambalaya & red beans & rice- no other seasoning necessary. The Andouille is spiced perfectly!

    I live in Alaska, the company I work for served Chefs pauls Andouille....OH My Goodness!!our local stores dont carry this brand of Andouille, you can how ever find other brands, but they pale in comparison. It is a little pricy but I have it shipped over night, it is so worth every penny!

    A great product from a master... What more could you want, this Andouille would never be in stock if my local grocery store sold it. Chef Paul is King, hope you live forever, and thanks for the recipes...

    I am from Metairie, but now live in a suburb of KC, KS. I was pleased when a local Sam\'s Club started carrying Chef Paul Prudhomme\'s Andouille. I got some and used it to make a great Chicken Andouille Gumbo. What a great product - I will buy some more for Jambalaya and I highly recommend it. Mike
