I use Poultry Magic in everything! I season my chicken breasts with a little oil and poultry magic before I freeze them. When you defrost them, they're ready for the pan--already marinaded.

There's no better way to cook shrimp than blackened, Chef Pauls way with Blackended Redfish Magic. And Vegtable Magic is great on pizza.
