This product intensifies flavors without changing them. I use in beans, sauces, etc. Finished 5 oz box and ordering the large 20 oz size. Low sodium does not have to equal low flavor.

I have been using Sale Free Seasoning for years. It really helps in grilling for our low sodium diets. I use it on steaks, pork and, sometimes, chicken. Almost all the meat we eat, year-round, is cooked on the barbecue grill. So, I buy it in the large canisters. Our groceries carry one or two Prudhomme products at a time. I wish they carried a greater variety so I could recommend them to my friends. (I do, but then they can't find them.) I use the salmon magic even though it has salt. It makes salmon perfect!
