I came upon this opportunity to taste the Tasso by a Veteran in our Long Term Care ordering it and the sausage. He had one of our nurses (who moved here from Louisiana) make it for us. It was absolutely great! I will definitely be trying it for my family - to impress them, of course!!!

I had my first experience with Tasso in the middle 80's because of Chef Prudhomme and his cooking shows. I now own 4 of his cookbooks and am a hit at family/friend functions. For cajun/creole dishes, Tasso is a must. "a little bit goes a long way"
