Potato Salad with Green Onion Salad Dressing

Makes 6 to 8 side-dish servings

2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon Chef Paul Prudhomme's Vegetable Magic® OR
Chef Paul Prudhomme's Meat Magic® OR
Chef Paul Prudhomme's Poultry Magic®
1 teaspoon salt
1½ cups Green Onion Salad Dressing (recipe follows)
4 medium-size white potatoes, cooked, peeled, and diced into ½ inch cubes
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and finely chopped
¼ cup finely diced onions
¼ cup finely diced celery
¼ cup finely diced green bell peppers
how to prepare

Blend the Magic Seasoning Blend® and salt into the Green Onion Salad Dressing in a large bowl; then add all the remaining ingredients.  Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
