Jalapeño Tartar Sauce

Makes about 1½ cups

1 cup Hellman's® mayonnaise
1 tablespoon green jalapeño chilies, finely diced
2 tablespoons red jalapeño chilies, finely diced
½ teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced
2 tablespoons green bell peppers, finely diced
¼ cup sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 hard boiled eggs, shelled and finely diced
1 teaspoon Chef Paul Prudhomme's Vegetable Magic®
1 teaspoon Chef Paul Prudhomme's Barbecue Magic
1 teaspoon Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Pepper Sauce®

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
