Pineapple Glaze

Makes 2 cups

2 cups pineapple juice
½ cup white sugar
¼ cup cornstarch
how to prepare

In a skillet, whisk together the pineapple juice, sugar and cornstarch until dissolved. Place over high heat and bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Whisk until thick, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
