Super Snack Mix

from the kitchen of Chef Paul Prudhomme

Makes about 6 cups

1 cup peanuts
1 cup pretzels
4 cups Chex® Cereal (Corn, Rice or Wheat)
8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning Salt®
how to prepare

Preheat the oven to 250°.

Combine the peanuts, pretzels and Chex® cereal in a baking pan and toss well.  Combine the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce and Seasoning Salt and pour over the peanut mixture. Toss well to combine. Bake the mixture until it is toasty brown, stirring the mixture every 15 minutes, for about 1 hour.

Spread the mixture on paper towels to cool.
