Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over high heat. Add Pizza & Pasta Magic, onions, and the chopped tomatoes. Cook, stirring frequently, until tomatoes are thick and pasty, about 15 minutes. As the mixture thickens, scrape the skillet frequently to prevent sticking. Add the stock, tomato sauce, salt and sugar. Cook stirring frequently, until the sauce is thickened, about 8 minutes.
This sauce can also be served over pasta or rice or used with vegetables, seafood, poultry or meat.
Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Salt Free Seasoning® or Chef Paul Prudhomme's Vegetable Magic® may be substituted.
