Barbecue Chicken

Makes 4 servings

1 chicken, 3½ to 4 pounds, cut into 8 pieces
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons Chef Paul Prudhomme's Barbecue Magic®
how to prepare

Rub the chicken pieces evenly with the Barbecue Magic®.  Cook chicken on a grill until done and a crust has formed, 20 to 40 minutes depending on your grill.
