Magic Chicken Alfredo - Salt-Free Sugar-Free Magic Seasoning Blends™

Makes 2 Servings

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 5 ounces each), cut into strips about ¼ X 2 inches
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning Blends Toasted Onion & Garlic®
½ cup fat-free cream cheese, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, shredded
½ cup milk
2 cups cooked fettuccini, or your favorite pasta
how to prepare

Place chicken in a bowl and toss with olive oil, making sure each piece is evenly coated.
Add the Toasted Onion & Garlic and toss until all pieces are coated. Preheat a nonstick 10 or 12-inch sauté pan over medium heat. Place chicken in pan, turning to brown on all sides. Turn heat to medium low.  Add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and milk, stirring until all cheese is melted and incorporated into the sauce.


Simmer for ½ minute until sauce thickens. Serve over pasta.

NOTE: Any of the savory Salt-Free Sugar-Free Seasoning Blends™ will work well in this dish and each will produce a unique and vibrant flavor. Be sure to put a bottle on the table for use as a shake-on seasoning. Apply generously for extra flavor.
