Mango Pineapple Salsa

Makes about 2 cups

Used in the Hawaiian Shrimp Salad recipe.
½ cup diced ripe mango
½ cup diced ripe pineapple
½ cup diced cucumber
½ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup diced red onion
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon sugar
½ cup Chef Paul Prudhomme's Vegetable Magic®
