Baked Lemon Pepper Pork Chops -Salt-Free Sugar-Free Magic Seasoning Blends™

Serves 4

4-6 ounces Pork chops, bone in, ½-inch thickness
2 tablespoons Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning Blends Lemon & Cracked Pepper Salt-Free Sugar-Free™
2 tsp Oil, your choce
how to prepare

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of  lemon pepper seasoning on side the pork chops patting into the meat and making sure there is an even distribution on all sides.  Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of oil on each side of the seasoned chops patting to assure even coating.  Place on a baking pan or rack in a preheated 425⁰F oven and bake without turning for 15 minutes.  Remove from pan and serve immediately.



NOTE: Any of the savory Salt-Free Sugar-Free Seasoning Blends™ will work well in this dish and each will produce a unique and vibrant flavor. Be sure to put a bottle on the table for use as a shake-on seasoning. Apply generously for extra flavor.
