Shiitake Mushroom Relish - Salt-Free Sugar-Free Magic Seasoning Blends™

Makes 3 cups

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
7 ounces fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced
2 ounces julienne carrots
2 ounces julienne celery
4 ounces sliced onion
½ cup rice vinegar
3 packet Stevia sweetner
2 teaspoons Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning Blends Sweet and Spicy®
2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro (coriander leaf)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
how to prepare

Sauté all the ingredients except the cilantro and sesame oil until half cooked. Transfer to a bowl and add the cilantro and sesame oil. Refrigerate immediately.
