Chef Paul's Wasabi Dressing

Makes about 2 cups

1½ cups prepared mayonnaise
3 tablespoons mirin
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons sugar, white
2½ teaspoons wasabi powder
1½ teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
1½ teaspoons fresh garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Chef Paul Prudhomme's Vegetable Magic®
how to prepare

Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Use as a salad dressing or dipping sauce for raw vegetables, chicken wings, potato chips, etc.
