Honey Glazed Baby Back Ribs

Makes 1 rack

1 rack baby rack ribs
¼ cup honey
6 Tbsp dark brown sugar
2 Tbsp white vinegar
¼ cup water
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

Preheat oven to 300°F.  Season ribs with 2 Tbsp plus 2 tsp of Salmon Magic®, then wrap in aluminum foil.  Place wrapped ribs on a baking sheet (with a baking rack if you have it), put in oven and cook for 2 ½ hours.  While the ribs are cooking, combine the rest of the Salmon Magic®, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, water and Dijon mustard in small sauce pot.  Mix well and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat to a slow simmer and cook for 20 minutes, then set aside.  

Once the ribs are cooked, remove from oven and increase oven temperature to 375°F.  Remove foil from ribs and place back on baking sheet. Using reserved honey glaze, baste ribs and return to the oven for 10 minutes.  Remove and glaze again and cook for an additional 10 minutes.  Remove, glaze again and cook for just 5 more minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes then cut individual ribs and enjoy.
