This is what we call "magic dust" at my house. Just a pinch over ANY homemade italian dish has people raving over how good my made from scratch meals are! I cant make meatballs without it!

I have been a Prudhomme fan for years and have sampled ALL of his offerings. But this is far and above my favorite. I use it on almost everything. I have a pasta dish which I season with this and the response is always the same..."AWESOME!". Hence the evolution of my signature dish "Awesome Pasta".
