Magic Seasoning Blends maintains a full time Research and Development facility headed by Chef Paul Prudhomme, whose expertise in flavors and culinary development is recognized throughout the world. The department has created signature dishes, flavors and food products for an international clientele of multi outlet restaurants and manufacturers in all categories of the food business.

For our R&D team, the primary mission is to create outstanding flavors and dishes with an intense focus on taste. Although we possess all the technologies and capabilities of a modern research facility, these items are always placed at the service of maximum taste, because we have yet to find a device which is as subtle or innovative as the human palate.
